Crowberries are widlely collected as a subsistence food, are very high in vitamin C, and keep well without sugar or grease.  Flavor is bland, but fruit is often used as a filler with other berries.  Used also to make a fine white wine.  Leaves and stems used by Athabascans as a medicine for diarrhea.
