Bohemian waxwing feeds on mountain ash berries

USA, Alaska, Anchorage. Bohemian waxwings feed ravenously on bright red mountain ash berries during their migration through Southcentral Alaska in December. Often seen in large flocks of several hundred birds, they swoop from one food source to another and chatter vociferously while feeding.
