Rights Granted

The images in Accent Alaska are Rights Protected. Clients purchase the rights to use images for a certain period of time, placement, etc.( see the How to Order section for more detail ).

How To Order

To order images, just follow these simple steps:

1. Select your images.
2. Determine the usage
3. Contact our staff.

Select your images. Searching for images couldn't be simpler. Go to Image Search and choose from one of our two search methods to find the photos you need. You can then use our Lightbox feature to save your selection of images (see: Lightboxes), or you can download the LoRez images directly onto your hard drive for use in your layout program or Photoshop. If you would like an un-watermarked image for your layouts, just supply us with a little information about yourself and your company, and we will send you one.

Determine the usage. The following information can help us determine the appropriate fees. If you have any questions, or don't see any factors that apply to your situation, please give us a call.

For Print

• Is it advertising, corporate or editorial use?
• What size will the image be reproduced at? i.e.: 1/4 page, 1/2 page, full page, cover.
• What is the print run of publication?
• How long, or how many times will the image be used?

For the Web

• Is it a local, national or international company?
• What screen size will the image be used at?
• Will it be used on a Home page, Leading page or a Secondary web page?
• How long will the image be used for?

Lightboxes

Our Lightbox feature can help you save a selection of images for your further review and allows you to share this selection with others.

Every image can be saved to the Lightbox by using the "Add to Lightbox" link under each thumbnail. The Lightbox can then be reviewed and edited. Be sure to save the Lightbox and bookmark the URL to return to it later. The URL can then be sent to anyone you would like to share the Lightbox with.

All Lightboxes will remain saved for 7 days. To extend that period, just review the Lightbox before the 7 day period expires, and it will be saved another 7 days.

• We are a non-exclusive agency, but still make exclusive sales.
• We will maintain the traditional 50/50 split.

Thank you for your interest in Accent Alaska/Ken Graham Agency, a non-exclusive agency. We are always interested in reviewing other photographers' work. However, in an effort to avoid oversaturation, we are seeking new images that will add dimension to our files rather than simply duplicate what we already have. We look for compelling, high quality images that are very marketable in this highly competitive industry. If you feel your images have what it takes, then we are interested!

We welcome a submission of your work in order to evaluate its salability and offer you any suggestions we might have. We accept all formats of color transparencies and suggest that you submit about 100 or so of your best original images for initial review. All photographs must have your name and ©Copyright clearly affixed. We also suggest that photographs of people and private property be released for all usages and stamped "MR" to indicate model release or "PR" to indicate property release. We work primarily with Alaskan images, but we sometimes accept images of other states and countries as well.

If you send your photographs to us through U.S. postal service, our mailing address is P.O. Box 272, Girdwood, Alaska 99587. However if you would like to ship your images to us via courier like FedEx, UPS, etc., our shipping address is 1A Block 15 Alyeska Avenue, Girdwood, Alaska 99587. Please package your photographs carefully.

After reviewing your initial submission, you will hear from us within 30 days and we'll take it from there!
